Severability

Estimates and Final Pricing

If we determine that the final price will exceed the original estimate in a meaningful way, we will notify you before continuing with the work. Proceeding after that notification indicates your acceptance of the revised price.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DryMark Restoration Santa Monica’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service at issue.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages - including lost profits, loss of use, or damages to property beyond the immediate work area - even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
